We are aware that some people may be concerned about giving their credit card details over the internet, and that's why we trade using only the highest levels of credit card security over a secure network.
You can be sure that the pages you are using are secure by checking that the address of the page in the address bar has changed from http:// to https://. Depending on which web browser you use, you should also see a locked padlock symbol or a gold key appear in the bottom bar of your browser.
All details remain confidential when being entered on the system and are then sent to us using most secure data encryption software (PGP). To ensure a high level of security, customers' credit card details are protected using an encryption algorithm - in other words, credit card details are scrambled. Once encrypted, the details cannot be used by any unscrupulous third party. The encrypted order details are downloaded, unencrypted and then processed. Our hosting solution provides 128-bit encryption security.
As an additional security measure, your credit card details will not be retained by ourselves for any longer than is necessary for us to process your order. This is why you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from the site.
If you would prefer not to order your goods on-line, there are other payment options available. Please see the How to Order section for details.
